BlackBerry Android 5.1.1 Lollipop – Working FRP Bypass (None of the online tutorials worked for me)

I spent hours trying every “2025” tutorial online and none of them worked on my BlackBerry running stock Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. So I came up with my own method that actually works. Here it is, step-by-step:

✅ Working Method (Tested on BlackBerry Android 5.1.1)

  1. On the initial Google Account Verification screen, tap the Emergency Call button.
  2. Dial a local emergency number that will fail to connect(this is important).
    • as a example UK → 112
  3. As soon as the call starts trying to connect (you’ll see the call screen for a split second), immediately dial this code on the dial pad: *#*#4636#*#*
  4. The phone will open the Testing menu (also called “Phone info” / “Testing mode”). If the emergency call hasn’t already hung up by itself, hang it up now.
  5. Tap Usage statistics (first or second option).
  6. At the very top of the screen you will see a ← back arrow. Tap it.
  7. You will now be inside the normal Settings menu.
  8. Go to: SecuritySecurity Wipe (or “Factory Data Reset” / “Reset” depending on exact wording)
  9. Confirm the wipe. The phone will completely reset and reboot.
  10. When it boots back up, you will be in the fresh Setup Wizard. You can now sign in with your own Google account with no lock.

Important Disclaimer: This guide is intended only for legitimate use on devices you own and are restoring, such as old phones headed for e-waste or being reset for reuse. I do notsupport or condone any malicious or illegal use of this method. Always use it responsibly.

If the emergency call actually connects, immediately apologise and hang up — do not waste emergency services’ time. In my case (UK, dialling 112), it failed to connect every time, which gave me the brief window I needed.

this was done and tested on a PRIV i got from ewaste,
