Their databases got hacked, mega million $ settlement pending. Imagine your test results being open to anyone willing to spend the money and buy them from the data thief. It's damned creepy. Is anything safe on the internet?

A proposed $1.13 billion class action lawsuit against medical services company LifeLabs aims to get 'compensation and punish the business,' according to a Toronto lawyer. Ari Singer said data protection is 'big problem for a lot of companies.'
