I caught my OnStar doing this. It was reporting my triple digit speed excursions to insurance data cloud. However, doesn't seem to have impacted my premiums yet and I turned it off.

Yup, spies everywhere and best part……..the people who complain are the same ones that want it free. My OnStar was disconnected years ago and will stay that way.
